1. Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
- Return requests for damaged or defective items will be treated as warranty claims (see Warranty section below).
4. Restocking and Processing Fees:
- A restocking fee of 20% of the item’s purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
- A processing fee of 5% of the item’s purchase price will also be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
5. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund, after deducting the restocking and processing fees, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns. These include helmets and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Customized or modified products are also non-returnable.
- Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details can be found on the product page or in the user manual.
- Warranty claims for damaged or defective items should be directed to our Customer Support team. We will guide you through the warranty process.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund, after deducting the restocking and processing fees if applicable. If the order has been shipped, you may need to follow the return process mentioned above.
